Phase 1

Phase 1: Unrivaled Engineering

Welcome to Unrivaled Engineering! As an engine builder, I noticed significant inconveniences when it came to installing aftermarket parts on small block Ford engines. Much of the serious development in the market seemed focused on other manufacturers, leaving a gap for the small block Ford community. That's how Unrivaled Engineering was born.

I began by designing alternator brackets specifically for Windsor engines, as these brackets often didn’t fit regardless of the brand and were complicated to assemble. After successfully completing my first prototype, I turned my attention to the Ford Cleveland. Without fully understanding the numerous alternator variations that would be needed, I have now dedicated almost three years to developing alternator brackets and related components.

We are excited to introduce NITRO BELTS, our very own line of 6PK belts that are designed to fit our brackets and newly developed serpentine pulley kits.

As part of Phase 1 in our parts design and manufacturing process, we aim to have a complete range of products ready by 2025. This includes low and mid-mount alternator brackets for Windsor, Cleveland, and big block Fords, a low mount LS alternator bracket mounting to Windsor and Cleveland engines, MSD HVC + ICE ignition coil brackets for Windsor, Cleveland, and big block Ford, a full range of 6PK belts, a Ford Barra LS alternator bracket, and the complete release of our vehicle logbooks.

Initially, I naively expected Phase 1 of Unrivaled Engineering to be a quick process. However, the design and testing stages have proven to be extensive. It has been immensely fulfilling to know that, bit by bit, I am designing and selling high-quality, reliable parts that actually fit for once, catering to fellow V8 enthusiasts.

Phase 2 promises to be an exciting stage as we plan to elevate our pulley kits by collaborating with our belt manufacturer to design an ultimate pulley system that will not slip or squeal, and remain gentle on components. Additionally, we are developing a range of innovative combination alternator bracket systems and creating our own crank trigger wheels and sensor mounts.

We also have several designs in the pipeline for various supercharger components.

Thank you for supporting our Australian business. With your continued support, we can keep designing parts that fit properly and take our engines to the next level.

Thanks for reading!
