FORD WINDSOR ALTERNATOR BRACKET LOW MOUNT SILVER / WITH TIMING POINTER.
 
Designed by an engine builder this bracket has a few key elements that sets it apart - first is that the bracket is made from 6061 billet Aerospace alloy.
 
Secondly, the low mount design uses 3 strong points of contact for mounting the bracket to the engine block. Couple this with the solid lower arm design means this bracket doesn’t twist under high loads or under sharp hard engine acceleration. 
 
The third key element is that this bracket is perfect when using electric water pump as it reduces the overall length of the belt required creating a nice short strong setup. 
 
These brackets have also been great for servicing engines at the track being that the alternator is down low and away from the cylinder head so we can remove parts from the engine without needing to remove and refit the alternator - one less hassle.
 
And finally the most important aspect of this design is that we have spent vast amounts of time ensuring the fitment is absolutely perfect right out of the box. These have been designed to directly replace factory alternators and run the same backspacing so no need for extensive modifications if you are replacing your standard style alternator bracket.

If you are running this alternator bracket with our pulleys minus water pump the belt length is 6PK750 - belt sold in our store.
 
This bracket has been designed to replace factory alternator bracket and will require raised face harmonic balancer as seen on factory engines. If you have an aftermarket flat face balancer you will need to measure the balancer and purchase a raised hub for the balancer essentially bringing your aftermarket balancer back to factory measurement spec.
